To start the wholesale process, please submit a Wholesale Application. We will contact you within two business days. Feel free to email us with any questions.
How to order
After you have filled out the application form we will contact you with your account info. This will allow you to shop online and place your order. You may also place your order in person or over the phone. If you would like a studio visit please contact us for an appointment.
Delivery
All orders are hand-cut and hand-sewn in Minnesota. Because we want to make sure you receive a quality product, your order can take anywhere between 3-5 weeks.
Shipping
FedEx Ground service will be used unless otherwise requested. Shipping and handling costs will be added in addition to the total cost of merchandise and will be disclosed on each invoice. We recycle. Please be aware that your package may be delivered in a recycled box.
Payment
Please submit a Purchase Order. Orders require full payment prior to shipping. Half will be charged when the order is submitted and the other half will be charged when the order ships. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and certified check.
Conditions
All orders are subject to approval by Foat Design, and not
subject to cancellation. Any claims must be made in writing
within 5 days after arrival of merchandise. Authorized returns
are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Prices are subject to
change.
A Note on Fabric
We use certified organic cotton/lycra, vintage fabrics, reclaimed garments, quality mill ends, and other certified eco-friendly fabrics. Some garments are made entirely from clean, used, or new, store-damaged or overstock garments. While we cut around obvious holes or snags, it is sometimes necessary to employ some creative camouflage, which should not be considered flaws.
Listing Your Boutique
After completing our Wholesaler Terms and Agreement form, we will add your boutique to our Retailers page on our website
Returns
Returns are accepted only on unworn, damaged items within 5 days from shipping. All original packaging materials and hang tags (attached) must be returned with item. Items will either be replaced or your account will be credited.

Custom Orders
Custom sizes and colors are available for an additional fee. For more information, email us. We will respond within two business days. Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned.
