Orders
All orders are hand-cut and hand-sewn. Because we want to make sure you receive a quality product, your order can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks. Orders are sent via insured priority mail. Please let us know if you have special shipping instructions.

All Items in the Foat Couture line are one-of-a-kind. If you have any questions regarding sizing, i.e. inseams, length, side seams, etc. please contact us.
Foat Design is not responsible for damages that occur during care of item, such as dry cleaning or washing.
Online prices may vary from in-studio prices.

Returns
Foat Design gladly accepts unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or defective merchandise for a full refund. Returns must be made within 21 days of shipment. Foat Design does not refund initial shipping charges or any charges incurred for returns and exchanges. Foat Design is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment back to Foat Design. Once the return/exchange is complete your credit card will be reimbursed within one billing cycle.
All items sold at discount are final sales, no exchanges, no returns, no refunds.
